Terms & Conditions – ADR's 12 Days of Festive Gifts

1. Eligibility:

   • Entrants must be residents of the UAE and able to provide a valid Emirates ID as proof of identity and residence.

   • Winners must be over 21 years of age.

   • Only one prize per person throughout the 12 days.

2. Prize Collection:

   • Prizes must be collected in person from Abu Dhabi on a designated date provided by Abu Dhabi Review.

   • Failure to collect the prize within the specified time frame may result in forfeiture.

3. Prize Details:

   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

   • Prizes may appear different from images supplied by the brands.

   • All descriptions and prize details are accurate at the time of creating the advent calendar but are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Winner Selection:

   • Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries received for each day of the 12 Days of Festive Gifts.

   • The selection process will be conducted fairly, and all decisions regarding the winners are final and binding.

   • No correspondence or appeals regarding the selection process or outcome will be entertained.

5. Participation:

   • Visitors can enter on multiple days throughout the 12 Days of Festive Gifts, increasing their chances of winning.

   • However, each individual is eligible to win only one prize during the entire campaign.

6. Publicity & Data Sharing:

   • Prize winners agree to feature on Abu Dhabi Review's social media platforms and website as part of promotional activities related to the 12 Days of Festive Gifts.

   • By entering the competition, participants consent to their contact details being shared with the brands providing the prizes for coordination of prize collection or related communication.

7. General:

   • Abu Dhabi Review reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.

   • By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions and to any decisions made by Abu Dhabi Review, which shall be final.

   • Abu Dhabi Review is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or additional costs incurred by winners in collecting their prizes.

8. Data Protection:

   • Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and shared only as necessary for prize fulfillment, in accordance with privacy laws.

9. Liability:

   • Abu Dhabi Review is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participating in the competition or using the prizes.
