Brunch at Roberto's Abu Dhabi for all the family

Today we checked out the Pranzo Di Giardino at Roberto's Abu Dhabi and really enjoyed the family focus along side the kids entertainment.

Three point review:

1-#food options were set to a menu specially designed for this brunch. The concept is sharing, family style so we were given six starters to share (they even included an extra veggie starter). Next were two pasta dishes that can can also be adapted to dietary requirements. They are cooked fresh and brought over in the pan they are cooked in. The highlight for us was dessert (scroll for the pic). It’s disguised as a selection of fruit but it’s anything but healthy! Lots of mini puds designed as fruit, so coconut mousse surrounded by chocolate (looked like a 🥥), and lemon mousse in the shape of an apple 🍏. It was so creative and had lots of different textures, including sponge, powder and crunch.

2-#ambiance - every Saturday they deck their whole terrace with grass, to give it a garden feel. It’s decorated with picnic baskets and as it’s hot right now, they close the conservatory doors and windows to keep it cool.

3-#families will really enjoy this brunch as the kids are so well catered for. They can choose food from the kids a la carte menu and get involved in the arts and crafts activities supplied by @kidzfactoryuae. Our little one’s favourite part was being able to make little pastries with the pastry chef. From making tart bases to decorating choux buns and Mille feuille, the kids are entertained for a large amount of time. And best thing is they can take their masterpieces home with them!

ADRtip: Try and get a table inbetween the terrace and restaurant - as it feels cooler.
