For those looking to immerse themselves in art and cuisine, Fouquet’s at Louvre Abu Dhabi offers an extraordinary dining experience that brings Post-Impressionism to life, but on a plate.

To complement the Post-Impressionism: Beyond Appearances exhibition, running until 9 February 2025, Fouquet’s has unveiled a first-of-its-kind menu inspired by the era’s legendary artists: Cézanne, Gauguin, Van Gogh, and Seurat. Crafted by the talented Chef Balveer Balkisson, this four-course menu translates the essence of Post-Impressionism into vibrant and imaginative dishes.

Imagine Van Gogh’s emotive brushstrokes transformed into the smooth elegance of a cauliflower purée or Gauguin’s vivid, tropical palette captured in bold, flavourful bites. Each dish is a masterpiece in its own right, reflecting the unique styles of these iconic artists.

Menu highlights include, Seurat’s Pointillism: A colourful carrot and beetroot gradient mimics his detailed and deliberate technique, Van Gogh’s Swirling Emotions: Cauliflower purée channels his dramatic, textured strokes. There's also Gauguin’s Island Life: Explosive flavours evoke the bold vibrancy of his Polynesian inspiration and Cézanne’s Geometric Forms: Structured and creative dishes celebrate his love for shape and order.

The exclusive Post-Impressionism menu is available daily at Fouquet’s, from 12 PM to 11 PM (closed Mondays), and is available at AED 325 per person.
