Outdoor Yoga classes come to Umm Al Emarat Park

Yoga enthusiasts across Abu Dhabi will now have a new destination to gather at, with the launch of an all-new ‘Yoga at Umm Al Emarat Park’ season starting on September 4.

The beginner-friendly outdoor classes are set to take place every Sunday and Wednesday from 7:00 – 8:00 pm inside the Park’s grounds by the Wisdom Garden.

The classes, which will be led by Yoga guru Neli Merris of Seven Wellness, will feature a unique blend of Hatha Yoga asanas and breath-synchronized Vinyasa flows that rejuvenate both the body and the mind.

Each class will close with a guided meditation and visualisation while relaxing in Shavasana pose, releasing natural brain tranquilizers that lower blood pressure, heart rate, and stress levels.

Aspiring yogis and seasoned yoga lovers are welcome as the classes are suitable for all levels. Those interested in joining the outdoor classes can choose from a range of packages and are required to register online ahead of time.
