Ramadan Arcade returns for its seventh edition at Manarat Al Saadiyat

Abu Dhabi’s much-loved Ramadan Arcade is back for its seventh edition, promising ten nights of entertainment, creativity, and community spirit at Manarat Al Saadiyat. Organised by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, the event runs from 15 to 25 March, welcoming you from 9pm to 2am.
Ramadan Arcade has become a go-to spot for Abu Dhabi’s residents and visitors, blending nostalgia, culture, and modern entertainment in a contemporary majlis setting. This year’s lineup is packed with interactive art installations, live performances, games, and a variety of food and beverage options.
Here’s what to look forward to:
A musical start
The event kicks off with a special performance by the Bait Al Oud Orchestra and Choir, setting the tone for nightly jam sessions on the majlis stage. Expect a mix of traditional and contemporary sounds from talented students and faculty playing the oud, qanun, violin, cello, and vocals.
Exclusive gaming experiences
Gamers, this one’s for you. Ramadan Arcade is offering visitors an exclusive chance to play Assassin’s Creed Shadows on its official launch date, 20 March. The collaboration with Abu Dhabi Gaming means you can be among the first to try out the latest installment in the franchise before it officially hits the market.
Ladies’ Pink Majlis
Back by popular demand, the Ladies’ Pink Majlis is a dedicated space featuring themed nights, pop-up shops, and activities from henna and jewellery making to calligraphy and gaming. It’s the perfect spot to relax, socialise, and enjoy a range of creative experiences.
Comedy Night returns
Get ready for a night of laughter on 22 March as Comedy Night returns, curated by Funeral Home Comedy. A fresh lineup of local comedians will take the stage, bringing their best material for an evening of lighthearted fun.
Board games
Galore Dice Board Game Café is once again managing the board game experience, bringing a collection of over 400 board and card games to the majlis. Whether you’re into strategy, party games, or classic favourites, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Interactive art installations
This year’s Ramadan Arcade also features immersive art experiences. Emirati graphic designer Hind Al Rais puts a creative spin on the classic Carrom game, highlighting its cultural significance. Photographer Abdullah Almheiri presents CONCEPT, a photo booth installation exploring culture and light. Meanwhile, Rizq Art Initiative is hosting a live studio and exhibition, showcasing works by artists including Maitha Al Omaira, Elizabeth Dorazio, and Akil Ahmad.
