Scenic views and seafood as Finz reopens at Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi

Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi is reopening Finz restaurant, bar and lounge. Abu Dhabi’s most scenic spot right on the beach will have a new menu with incredibly fresh seafood.

You’ll find a selection of Small Plates including grilled calamari and chorizo, roasted shrimps and pan-seared sea scallops. Marinated Hamachi sashimi, king crab roll, wasabi seabass and Fine de Claire also feature on the new menu. As for the mains, you can indulge in a herb-crusted Atlantic cod, organic honey glazed salmon or and the whole seabass baked in sea salt to name a few. But if you’re fishing for more, can enjoy the local “catch of the day” or the exquisitely fresh chilled or grilled selection.

Dessert lovers, willl have choices from tarte Tatin, molten cake, yuzu green tea crémeux, yuzu cheesecake and more.

Finz is open from Monday to Saturday, 7 p.m. until 12 midnight.
