Sting returns to Abu Dhabi with his STING 3.0 World Tour set in April 2025
The legendary 17-time Grammy Award-winning artist Sting is bringing his "STING 3.0" World Tour to Abu Dhabi on 3 April 2025.
Whilst the musician performed last year to a sold out Etihad Arena, the STING 3.0 tour is all about redefining the live music experience with a fresh take on Sting's iconic sound.
Accompanied by guitarist Dominic Miller and drummer Chris Maas (known for his work with Mumford & Sons and Maggie Rogers), the band will deliver a set that spans Sting's remarkable career—from his early days as the frontman of The Police to his genre-defying solo work.
You can expect to hear hits and hidden gems from his extensive catalog, all performed by the three-piece ensemble.
This tour marks a new dynamic era for Sting, showcasing selections from his vast repertoire through the lens of a tight, three-piece combo. Adding to the excitement is his latest single, "I Wrote Your Name (Upon My Heart)," mixed by four-time Grammy Award-winning engineer Robert Orton.
The track was released on September 5 through Cherrytree Music Company and Interscope Records, setting the tone for this reinvigorated chapter in Sting's illustrious career.
