See the capital with the Abu Dhabi Pass

Abu Dhabi is rolling out the red carpet for visitors with the launch of the all-new Abu Dhabi Pass.

This fully digital pass makes your journey through the capital seamless from the moment you land — and best of all, there’s no app download or extra cost.

What’s Included in the Abu Dhabi Pass?

If you’re flying with Etihad, keep an eye on your inbox. You’ll receive a link to activate the Abu Dhabi Pass, unlocking a bundle of benefits to help you explore the emirate with ease, including:

  • Free tourist SIM card with 10GB of data

  • Unlimited access to public buses

  • 24-hour hop-on-hop-off tourist bus access

  • Exclusive discounts at top attractions, restaurants, and more

It’s the ultimate travel companion for first-timers or returning visitors looking to rediscover the city.

Culture, Thrills, and Dining Deals

The pass includes 15% off entry to cultural gems like Louvre Abu Dhabi and Qasr Al Watan, plus special rates for Yas Island’s big-ticket attractions including:

  • Ferrari World Abu Dhabi

  • Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi

  • Yas Waterworld

  • SeaWorld Yas Island, Abu Dhabi

You’ll also find offers at over 200 restaurants around the city and savings on desert safaris, city tours, and more curated experiences.

A Boost to the Etihad Stopover Programme

This new pass builds on Etihad’s already popular stopover initiative, which saw 85,000 visitors in 2024 (a jump from 12,000 in 2023). That number is expected to skyrocket to over 130,000 in 2025.

And if you book via etihad.com, you could even score up to two free nights in Abu Dhabi, turning your layover into a mini holiday.

A Strategic Step for Tourism Growth

The Abu Dhabi Pass is part of the emirate’s wider Tourism Strategy 2030, which aims to welcome 39.3 million visitorsannually, create 178,000 tourism jobs, and inject AED 90 billion into the local economy.

It also ties into the city’s major developments, including the new Terminal A at Zayed International Airport and an ever-growing calendar of events, exhibitions, and festivals.

If you’re flying Etihad, the pass is already on its way to your inbox. Otherwise, find out more and plan your Abu Dhabi adventure here: www.theabudhabipass.com
