Louvre Abu Dhabi unveils "The Secret of the Dome Stars" – A Mobile Digital game for families to enjoy in the permanent galleries
There's a fun journey to be had with your kids as you explore, discover, and unlock the secrets hidden within the dome stars at Louvre Abu Dhabi.
The Secret of the Dome Stars is a treasure hunt with storytelling, for families and children aged 6 to 12. It's a location-based game that can only be played inside the permanent galleries, and you and your kisd will need to solve puzzles, uncover clues in this innovative game.
How to play
The game is a WebApp, easily accessible via a link or QR code in the museum, with no need for app store downloads. You can play using your own devices (smartphones or tablets).
During the The Secret of the Dome Stars you'll immerse yoursleves in a hidden, imaginative world within the museum, whihc is available in Arabic, English, and French. and the best bit? It's completely free of charge.
The game also offers an adventure with the guidance of Volpi, a friendly Sand Fox, where you will set out on a mission to restore the Dome's energy by collecting 12 unique stars hidden throughout the galleries.
Entry into the museum is free for under-18s.
